Woman falls through concrete sidewalk in NYC

A NYC woman collapsed through a Manhattan sidewalk after the concrete outside a restaurant gave way on the Upper East Side. 

The woman, who was not immediately identified, was quickly rescued by FDNY and EMS crews after falling seven feet into a vault outside the Atomic Wings restaurant at East 60th Street and Second Avenue. 

She is in stable condition at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
